Terms of Service & Use
List of things I won’t draw: lewd (slight nsfw is fine), sexualized traditional clothes, heavy mecha, furrys. Please don’t ask me to replicate another artist’s artstyle either. Exceptions: you can send me references of another artist's creations when explaining the details of an order. I can accept some exceptions to the above depending on the type of commission ordered.
Commission Requests:
To request a commission, clients must submit a form/application where they provide a detailed description of their project and provide any reference materials necessary. I (the artist) reserve the right to reject any commission request for any reason. I will send you a DM/email if your commission has been accepted or rejected within 1-2 business days.
Copyright:
● I retain the copyright to all commissioned work. The client may use the artwork for personal use only unless prior arrangements have been made with me.
● The client may not use the artwork for commercial purposes without my expressed written permission and additional payment.
● The client is strictly prohibited from using their commissioned artwork as NFTs or in AI softwares under any circumstances.
Before You Pay:
I appreciate creative freedom. Feel free to share mood boards, inspiration, photos, or descriptions to guide the artwork.
I will inform the client of their final quote based on their application. Client may choose to decline the final quote and withdraw their application.
Payment and process:
● Payment for any works must be provided either full upfront or 50% before the start of the commission and the other 50% for the completed artwork via PayPal in Euros (EUR).
● You will receive a sketch before the final modifications to the artwork, which can be discussed if it requires any large changes or not. The progress of the artwork can and will be updated through email, social media messages or Discord DMs as preferred by the client.
● Once the final artwork has been sent, the client can request revisions which will be either free or for an additional small fee based on the complexity.
● Listed prices are estimates and are subject to increase depending on complexity of project and commission, please keep this in mind.
I will inform you about the general time frame when I accept your commission, judging from my current workload. This might change, but I will keep you updated if the commission is delayed.
Changes/revisions to your commission:
Once you receive the final piece, I can make small adjustments for free. This include changing colors, adding small details and other easy changes.
If you want other changes to your finished commission, you need to pay a fee. This fee depends on what you need changed.
If the change is the result of an error on my part (like for example missing details you included in your order), the change will be free.
Commercial use:
● To use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, the client must pay an additional fee and discuss all the specifics before anything else.
● Make sure to add credit in the media you are using the commission in. For example: YouTube videos, streams or personal sites.
● NFT or AI is still strictly prohibited and not allowed under any circumstances.
● I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion, such as displaying it in my portfolio or sharing it on social media.
